SYMPTOMS
In the Dutch version and in the Russian version of Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.2, the label and the tool tip for the Search button are incorrect. In the Dutch version of Microsoft CRM 1.2, the word “maken” is used instead of the word “zoeken” where the English version uses the word "search."
Note "Maken" is the Dutch word for “create,” and "zoeken" is the Dutch word for “search."
If you are running the Dutch version of Microsoft Business Solutions CRM 1.2 and if you have already installed hotfix 889925, you may receive an error message that is similar to the following when you click Agenda on the Werkplek (Workplace) menu:
Value cannot be null.
Parameter name: format
Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request (...).

Microsoft Business Solutions has released an updated Dutch-language hotfix packages to resolve this error. Contact Microsoft Product Support Services to receive the new packages.
RESOLUTION
Microsoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update.

Steps to reproduce the problem
The following steps are for the Dutch version of Microsoft CRM 1.2. The following is one example of the problem. There are several windows in Microsoft CRM where this problem exists.

Click Ga naar, point to Sales, and then click Contactpersoon. |

Click Neuw: Contactpersoon. |

3. |
Click the lookup button next to the Bovenliggende Account box.
The Maken button appears next to the Zoeken box. |
