SYMPTOMS

When using the Import Wizard to import leads or contacts in Microsoft® Business Solutions CRM version 1.2, you cannot use the mouse to map a blank value from the import source to a value in Microsoft CRM on the Map Field Values page of the Import Wizard.

CAUSE

You cannot use the mouse pointer to select a blank value in the drop-down list on the Map Field Values page of the Import Wizard.

RESOLUTION

To select a blank value, use the arrow keys in the drop-down list instead of the mouse pointer.
