Unable To View the Subject Manager Under Settings in Microsoft CRM

Issue
Cannot view the Subject Manager to add new subjects in Microsoft CRM Sales Professional.
Resolution
To view the Subject Manager you will need to log on as the Domain Administrator that installed Microsoft CRM and by default has CRM sysadmin role. This tool is only available for that user.
