A phone call activity may duplicate entries in the Recipient field in Microsoft CRM
SYMPTOMS
In a phone call activity, the Recipient field may contain duplicates of call recipients associated with other Microsoft Business Solutions CRM Sales for Outlook users. This can result in multiple instances of the same name in the Recipient field.
RESOLUTION
This is a known issue with Microsoft CRM Sales for Outlook Client versions 1.0 and 1.2. Microsoft CRM has a fix for this problem that is part of a cumulative update for Microsoft CRM 1.2.
